Dear All, I have recently updated the custom recipients in our Global Address List. Since this, user who previously added GAL custom recipients to their contacts are now getting NDR's. Even if the custom recipient still exists in the same container.
I found the following technet article but it doesn't explain how to fix the problem. (Q237951).
