Well, you do have an agents tab on the Deleted Items folder, so technically it is possible to do this. It's probably the cheapest way to do it as well, assuming Sachin has the know-how to write the code. Hell, you can even get creative and create a contact for each email address that you retrieve from the Deleted Items and fill up the PHB's contact list.
