I recently had 6 domains which I consolidated into 1 with no probs whatsoever. Didn't take too long per server, I used a 3rd party tool which I don't' think is generally recommended, but hey...it worked for me and my mgmt were happy with the timeframe it provided. Just make sure you're backups are good in case the thing sux a kumera.
