I don't seem to be able to apply more than one recipient policy. Exchange is in mixed mode so I have the policy from my 5.5 server. That's the only policy that will apply to new users. But since I can't modify it, I've created another policy to add another SMTP address. And then there's the Default Policy that's been set up to allow access to OWA. Our 5.5 policy is listed as Highest, the Default Policy is listed as Lowest. The other policy is listed as priority 2. What are some reasons that the other two policies won't apply to new users? I updated RUS after creating the new policy.
