Using Exchange 5.5, SP 2, on Windows NT 4, SP 6. Need to monitor user's mailbox sent and received items. Have tried Delivery Options - Alternate Recipient - Deliver messages to both recipient and alternate recipient, but this only copies incoming messages. Also checked Exch. 5.5 FAQ's.
