ARCServe 2000 has an Exchange Agent just as in previous version (as does Backup Exec) that allow for brick level backups. In Exchange 5.5 I know MS does not support this (as in screw something up via Bricked Backups and you'll get no tech support from us!) But I am just starting to design my XCH 2K and I dont know due to some new technology in XCH2K if they've changed their stance on this or not . . .
