Finally getting the hang of this.
I hate MS support site.  The errors never match up.
Issue was SMTP service was really never started.
Showed started in Services but when attempting to reinstall E2K it gave me
an error, SMTP service not started.
Tried to restart service, could not.
Uninstalled  and installed SMTP service, then restarted MS Information
store.
