I betcha she can login to her original mailbox if she puts in her SMTP address as opposed to her username (alias).

This problem seems isolated to only a couple of users and I've deleted their accounts and re-created them with no change. I gather that this is a default message, however I can't seem to find any other problems in the IIS logs or Event Viewer. I'm quite frustrated at this point and any help would be appreciated.
