For some reason all my protocol services (SMTP, POP3, IMAP4, NNTP, Routing Engine) stop unexpected randomly along with IIS Admin and WWW service. Event ID: 7031 is what I get. Any idea. I have been searching for a few days now and no luck. Thanks.
