For some reason, all of sudden, when I try to create a new account on my Exchange 2000 SP2 computer they never get access. I create an account through AD Users and Computers, but an email address is never put in the field, even if I do an Update now on the Recipient policy. I can't think of anything that changed. I was able to create an account last Friday just fine. I don't see any error in the Event Viewer either. I even rebooted too.
