No, just wait 2 hours.  Or do the registry hack that is documented in the
Exchange 5.5 FAQ item 3.46.

Are you using exchange 5.5 if so go into the mailbox properties and change
the primary account back to the old one or check the permissions on the
mailbox of that user.

I changed the primary windows nt account.  When I tried to change it back to
the original person it works  but that person cannot get into there e-mail
folder, it says they do not have permission.  It shows there name as the
primary Windows NT account. Does it take time to sync?
