Use Outlook 2000 or higher with rules wizard and set up a rule called
Redirect (almost like forwarding except it moves the message to another
address)

Subject: Creating rule based on a second mailbox

Good day,

I am running exchange server 5.5 with outlook 97 and
2000 as client. I am the owner of two mailboxes my
personal one, and the other for support calls. My
query is whether it is possibe to create a rule that
will move mails from this support mailbox to another
designated recepient mailbox. This is possible with my
personal one, if not possible how so.

 Thanks
Eve
