If by chance one of your users deletes one of the main folders ( Contacts) and then they go to use Outlook it is gone. You can use a command line switch when starting Outlook at their desktop to reset the folders. Funny you can't delete a main folder in Outlook but you can in OWA without segmentation being used. I am not sure that segmentation will help in this scenario.
