It's a VPN Concentrator not the PIX.  The PIX takes 10 minutes after fixing
what Cisco enables...  :o)

wrong.  Oh and he has to disable MailGuard too.

I think it depends on the VPN. A Cisco VPN device can be configured in about
5 minutes.
