If it's that sensitive, shut down your exchange servers and run ISSCAN.
Reprimand the user.  Cut off his index finger or something.

Outlook 98.  exchange 5.5 sp4

User sent out an eMAIL to a large distribution list by mistake.  The Recall
Message action feature did not work very well on this. This was very
sensitive eMAIL that went out and needs to be trapped before too many people
read it.  What can I do?
