Have they tried installing Merak 4.4.3? This build supposedly fixes some bdat issues. I think you can find out more about bdat in RFC 3030.

I'm not running a SMTP Connector, only 1 Exchange server in the site, not running SSL, no unusual occurrences with any other known domain. This morning, the sysadmin of geostarcorp.com said he was unable even to telnet into my mail server. So I'm inclined to think the problem is on his end but can't verify it yet. Thanks for any help...
