I'm trying to setup an "auto reply" for our HR dept to use when they receive "resumes" from outside the company. I've setup the "out of office reply" which only works when a user sends an initial message. They never get a 2nd reply unless I turn the attendent off and then on.
Is there a better why to handle this? and How?
