It was almost certainly something very simple. Look at the time stamp. By any chance was their mail server off-line for a few minutes for an end of the day service activity?

I have users in my company that can send email just fine to a particular email address. But I have other users that get the following NDR when they send to the same address. This is a single Exchange2K server, sp2. Everyone is configured the same. Any ideas? Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.
