Do you really need Outlook? If it's the header of a specific message you
want, another way is simply to create a Yahoo mail account (not sure if
hotmail does it too) and send the offending message to the account. There is
an option there to 'view full headers' which is pretty comprehensive.

What I usually tell my users is to send me a new message and use Insert|Item
menu selection to attach the message. This will give me the message and all
the headers.

Subject: How to forward messages with the header information

I'm trying to catch all spam sent to my mail server so that I can investigate
further by looking at the email header information. I would like to create a
mailbox or a public folder and have all users who receive spam, forward their
spam to this mailbox or folder. However I would like to the header
information on the original email to be intact in order for me to able to
view it and investigate. Is there a way in Outlook that we can achieve this ?
I'm running Outlook 2000 on the client side and Exchange 5.5 on the server
side.
