Yes, it does seem to have a little trouble with the Exch dependencies. I was able to get them to stop on my test boxen this way: ( I dont have an IMS)

The logged in account on the remote NT4 box is in Domain Admins and Domain Admins is in local admin group of the Exchange server. I get no error messages, it just doesn't stop them - The Event, IMS and News do stop then nothing else. Is there a timeout issue here waiting for the dependent service to stop?
