We use MailMarshal (www.marshalsoftware.com) and so far have been very pleased. I admit I spent about a weeks worth of time adjusting and adding my own filters but now it's running like a champ. It's stopping a large percentage of the junk mail that comes this way.
I looked at Praetor, Mimesweeper, Mail Essentials, Mail-Gear, and a few others by other AV vendors. For our environment and use, MailMarshal came out on top. Offering the most features and flexibility over the other packages.
