Thanks everyone for the advice. I've set up multiple GALs, of course, I'm going to end up with a few people having a GAL all to themselves, but, that'll be fine for now (it's a long way for us to hit 800 - I believe that's the limit I read earlier). I hadn't even thought about the OWA. I tried limiting people to their group (such as CN=managers), but, that didn't seem to work. I'll likely have to limit them to themselves to disable this feature altogether. They really shouldn't search for anyone not in their GAL & the GAL is by groupings within ou's, not the ou itself.
