Why is he bugging out because the columns are switched? He's still got the same info there, right?
Tell him it's by design. Sounds like a product difference and it's not a real problem, so there's no real solution. If he thinks it's a real problem, tell him you *might* be able to fix it if you get the proper training. If he agrees to get you training, sign up for a bunch of Cisco courses and work on your CCIE...
