Sounds like you may have cached DNS/Wins stuff in there. How long ago did you remove 5.5?

We use the two UNIX SendMail servers as Smart Hosts for SMTP to the Internet. The mail is moving from the E2K server to the SendMail servers and off to the Internet. I have researched both errors on TechNet, EventID.Net and the Internet and have come up with nothing. Before I call Microsoft, I thought I would run this one by you folks. Any thoughts as to what is happening here?
