These are not from NetIQ, but Exchange 2000 internally. TO configure these thresholds, you need to open the Exchange System Manager, then expand Tools and then Monitoring and Status. Here you will see 2 folders. One for notification and one for status. Status is used for setting up these thresholds for monitoring specific resources and the monitoring folder is used for setting up email notifications.
This is a quick and easy way to send yourself an email when your exchange services are on the fritz. Hope this helps.
