To get to an alternate public folder hierarchy using OWA you have to straight to it through a URL, not through the default link on a mailbox window.

Well for now they will be using OWA. What is happening is that in Exchange System Manager when I go to mailbox properties, under "Default Public Store" and click on browse I don't see the new public folder I just created. I created a public folder tree, then created Second Storage group, then Created a public folder store and associated to the second public folder tree. In that second Storage group I created a mailbox store and want to associate the new public folder to it. When I select browse I only see the Default (1st Public Folder store) not the new one I created. The new public folder is already mounted. Am I doing something wrong? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
