You can use DHCPCMD from the resource kit to dump a list of DHCP assigned
IP's with their associated Names and MAC addresses to a text file...

here's an easy way if you don't have many hosts:
ping four or five hosts
arp -a
ping the next four or five
arp -a
repeat
