All, I have this weird problem with one of the sites that I'm managing. It seems that everyone in the site can send and receive SMTP mail. But if you create a new user. It won't send or receive SMTP mail. They are entirely on W2K and E2K SP3. I've also narrowed it down to just this site having this problem. Everyone else seems to work fine. Anyone have any ideas what could cause this kind of behavior?
