Check for ExchangeAL errors. This is tied to the RUS which is tied to the Exchange System Attendant. Try restarting System Attendant service.

Right click on them to see the options to force updates. The RUS is used to generate and update address lists. These include the default one and custom ones created based on LDAP query filters.
