If you are talking about the version for Exch 5.5, I can tell you that I have activate/configure it and remove it as fast... It was killing my mail system. You normally would use that kind of product to filter what is coming from the internet but using it inside corp make you filter all mail....
The config interface is bad (only work locally on the mail server) and you can't manage the mail it filter out so, you can't inspect and let's go a blocked, legetimate piece of e-mail. That kind of product have to filter mail coming in, before it hit your mail system. I plan to install a new filter software in january, but only on the internet side.
