We worked with MCS and they provided me with the RLQuickED utility. It was not intuitive to use and took me about 2 hours of playing with the utility to understand how it worked. Afterwards I was able to modify the dll change text and add additional paragraphs that made better sense and was customized for our environment. We have not had any problems, and this dll is used on all 4 of our exchange 2000 servers in production.
