I believe this was done fresh at the company here.... Of course there's the argument that ghosted installs suck too. ;) Seriously, I don't know where the problem could lie. If I had the option to redo the install on the laptop I would, but as it is my third day here and I'm not an internal support person myself, I'm not sure how they'd take to this quite yet...
