If you remove the Outlook Address Book and re-add, does it work?

They are using the cached list of mailboxes/folders? What happens if they
reselect the name/address from the GAL?

Can any one help please we are getting the error above when a user tries to
open another users mailbox that they have been previously been able to open.
We have seen a lot of instances of this happening. The only thing that we
know that has changed is that we de-commissioned some old Exchange servers
including the first Exchange server in the domain. The users have been moved
for some time. We have followed all the instructions for removing the first
Exchange server. We know if we delete the users Outlook profile and then try
and open the delegate mailbox, this will work. We are trying to find what
has caused this problem and is anyone aware of this problem.
