I found the reason for my issues, one of the network admins changed the DNS server that one of my Exchange servers was pointing to and "didn't think" it would be a problem. I changed the DNS entries back to the original public DNS server, the MTA Errors 105 and the 9318 and 9322 errors immediately went away. So much for need to know.
