You won't see it in add remove it will be in your exchsrvr\bin folder exmerge.exe and exmerge.ini are the two files that make the program up.... It might be worth copying them from the cd again (remember to change the attribute on the .ini file so it isnt read only or you wont be able to save settings etc....)...
