I wouldn't advise anyone on using such techniques unless they do so with Exchange 2003.

Also I believe EMC developed this solution in conjunction with their partners at Redmond. There may be an issue in that your average PSS engineer simply won't know the SAN technology and EMC-specific jargon in order to help talk you through a disaster, so you'd need an EMC contract that provided DR advice and training.
