pfinfo and pfadmin can give you good information on the public folders. They're in the BORK.

I've managed to work out a procedure to do it using exmerge, but I need to produce a listing of users who have rights to mailboxes and public folders at server level (I'm not interested in locally granted rights). Does anyone know a way of doing this, or is there a third party tool for doing it ? Any suggestions greatly appreciated.
