Select them all, right click and select Print. You even have the option to start each note on a separate page (not recommended in this case, but enabled by default.) Does that not work?

We just started using public folders to house a list of concerts we sponsor. Everyone is allowed to place a note with their name, department and extension into the concert sub-folder they are interested in. The problem is that the person who manages the tickets needs to print out all the notes in the folder and this cannot be done. He can only print out the contents of each note one at a time. It's sort of like wanting to print out the headers off all the messages in your inbox instead of the contents of a message. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated! _________________________________________________________________ List posting FAQ: http://www.swinc.com/resource/exch_faq.htm Archives: http://www.swynk.com/sitesearch/search.asp To unsubscribe: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Exchange List admin: [EMAIL PROTECTED] LEGAL NOTICE: Unless expressly stated otherwise, this message is confidential and may be privileged.
