Really trying to help here, but you aren't really providing enough
information to go on and playing 20 questions is an inefficient way to
troubleshoot this. I mentioned a few things to try and you say you've tried
them (no results mentioned, which necessitates playing 21 questions).. At
this point I guess I could just give up and assume you've tried everything
I'd try and therefore am at an end, or I could rack my brain for 50 other
things to try and find out that you've already tried 49 of them and the 50th
one either works or doesn't.

Or... If this is really an issue you'd like your peers to help you with, you
could take the time to provide a detailed problem description which includes
the things you have tried so far with the results of those actions.

Picking the least likely of the 50 other things you may not have tried, does
completely uninstalling your antivirus software have any effect?
