Subject: Services Dying Please Help

Server:
Server is a domain Controller and Exchange Server Windows 2000 SP3
Exchange 2000 SP3 TrendMicro Scan Mail Version 6.0

Issue: Every so often, happened 5 times yesterday, but usually only
happens once every couple of days, specific services on the Server die.
The Stop in this order.
IIS Admin service
Microsoft Exchange IMAP4 service
Microsoft Exchange POP3 service
Microsoft Exchange Routing Engine service Simple Mail Transport Protocol
(SMTP) service World Wide Web Publishing Service service

Then immediately following the Services Stopping I get this message:
The server {A9E69610-B80D-11D0-B9B9-00A0C922E750} did not register with
DCOM within the required timeout.

I have Checked the knowledge base and found this reference:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;308600

However the versions I'm running are different...

Has anyone else seen this issue?
