Is there an easier way to move users from the base domain to the child domain then doing the exmerge thing? I have done exmerge numerous times but its a pain in the bootie as there ends up being a conflict in the e-mail names while the two domains are synchig up...every time it takes about a day before the domain where the user leaves tells the other domain it is gone. I.E. when I delete "John Doe" from the base domain and create a "John Doe" in active directory in the child domain, the child domain thinks there are two John Does for about a day.
