Its already there....

All you have to do is setup some folders and let people know where they are.

Outlook 98 NT 4.0 SP$ and Windows 2000

We have never ever used public folders since we first started on
Exchange/Outlook.  How difficult would it be to roll this functionality out
to a few people at a time?
