We currently run URL scan as part of the IIS Lockdown tool on our OWA 2000 servers. Users hate that this blocks opening messages with reserved characters (&,%,./,.., etc) in the message subject line. However, after being hacked (from on campus users) we feel it is necessary.
Question: Does OWA 2003 eliminate this issue? Does URL scan run on OWA 2003 servers? Or is it built in?
