These upgrade articles are kind of quirky to me. I don't think they quite explain the upgrade scenarios that well. For instance the part about removing MMIS before an upgrade to Exchange 2003. Would if I am not doing an in place upgrade and doing a fresh intall on a separate server? I shouldn't have to remove it then correct?
