Hi, Thanks for the answers in advance... I am running Exchange 5.5 on a 2000 server. The name alias are first name initial and then the last name. What is the best practice for a name change, such a new married user. Do I need to delete the mailbox and then create a mailbox with the new name or change the name in the original mailbox. The Directory name field spelling stays as the old spelling, will this cause issues down the road??? ________________________________
