Could anybody tell me where Exchange puts the logs for the diagnostic monitoring ? I turned on SMTP Interface monitoring and would like to view the logs.

Road Runner is apparently having major email problems at the current time. We have been having the same issue with emails going to sc.rr.com. If you dig around on the Road Runner help pages, you can find the network status message. Until they get the problems worked out, I wouldn't try to hard at troubleshooting the problem.
