I have used the Quest (migration tool) to do some Domino to Office 365 migration tools to do an EMAIL migration. I have also used MigrationWiz to do Gmail and Office365 to Office365 migrations. And the Exchange Hybird migration to migrate on-prem exchange users. All for mail. I have not done any sharepoint or onedrive migrations with any of the tools.
