We had an employee leave a week ago. We disabled his account. He came
back today to work for one day. I reenabled his account.
I can access his account via OWA, but when I setup a profile for Outlook
and I click on Check Name, I get: The name could not be resolved. The
name could not be matched to a name in the address list.
If I type just part of his name so that I get a list of users, his name
does not show up in the list.
