New Distribution List

Hello everyone,

Is it possible to create a new distribution list within Exchange 5.5 that
includes external e-mail addresses?
I need to have seven members of our customer service dept. plus three of our
customers.

Is this feasible? If it is...

Could someone point me in the right direction?
