Managing Exchange2K remotely!

Hello All,

I recently noticed that I was unable to access the Exchange properties
of an mail-enabled user in AD Users & Computers from a non-Exchange
machine. These properties fields seem to be only accessible from the
Exchange server. How can I install the new features to make it
remotely-manageable from a non-Exchange host. Do I need to install the
Exchange System Manager?
